Personally, I’m thinking about becoming a teacher just to use this hack

Before we get into it, here’s a reminder that we love educators around these parts. Last month we spoke to Janique Cambridge, a principal at an NYC public school, and she filled us in on all the ins and outs of ascending from the classroom to her current post (a.k.a. running things).

One thing that stood out during our interview is her need for self-care. For her, dealing with sometimes out of control kids and helping them pass their exams, making sure her mental and emotional state is right is non-negotiable.

That’s why we love this nifty little hack that Twitter user (@axfxq) is employing to maintain her sanity or rather to keep things interesting.

She uses stickers, one categorically of the meme of the year (Nick Young’s confused face), to let her students know that they are way off base.

“I love grading with my new stickers,” she tweeted.

She revealed that her sticker grades were the result of a printer and sticker job. Then everyone asked her to DM the art and that’s when it went viral. She later returned to the tweet with a link to where we can all get our own Confused Nick Young face sticker.

Genius.
